our visit to australia was split into 3 sections:

a week in brisbane visiting some of colin's distant relatives. queensland was hot and beautiful, with amazing housing - the queenslander.

next a visit to sydney where we stayed with a relative of colin's, on an island only accessible by boat. idyllic.

then a final week in cooler melbourne where we hired 2 motorcycles - zephyr 750s - and went done the great ocean road. unfortunately it rained, but didn't dampen our spirits.
