2004 sept:: 2 weeks in andalucia, this time in Vejer and ronda
2003 may:: car hire again in orgiva with Colin's family joe, lydia and ben accompanying us.
2002 sept:: a week in mallorca blew some cobwebs
away with car hire allowing us to explore the island.
2001 oct:: a 10 day trip to seville in between
jobs in October allowed mia to relax and prepare for her new job.

galore - all over bedroom walls an throughout hostels. decent palace.
good shopping too.
2000:: a week in barcelona checking out gaudi's
architecture followed by a brief tour of north east of spain by
hire car, staying in tossa del mar on the way back. discovered subirachs
- fab sculptor. |

1999:: roadtrip of spain in september covering 2,000km on colin's bmw r1100gs. took ferry to bilbao and spent 2 weeks driving down to andalucia in southern spain. staying in mountain villages and cave hotels sampling the region's tapas.
long empty roads sided by fields of dried sunflowers. slight mishap
on way back meant we encountered an identical bike riden by a parisian
guy who stopped to console us.
